Education

I knew with my first hospitality course at Auburn University that I was in the right place. The hotel restaurant path of the curriculum has allowed me to work in all areas of hotels and restaurants. My courses have included food production, lodging operations, food and beverage management, and events. The most interesting courses have been in hospitality financial management and hospitality law. I am currently employed as an intern at Greystone Golf and Country Club to fill the internship requirement. Some of my favorite moments were providing meals at the Auburn Wellness Kitchen serving and getting to know the athletes.
